The round of 16 of the European Championship begins this Saturday. Switzerland and Italy face each other at 1 pm (Brasília time) at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.
The match will be broadcast on Globo and SporTV. The Swiss arrive at the match undefeated in the competition. The team won one match and drew two others. Coach Murat Yakin highlighted the greatness of the confrontation and aimed for a place in the next phase.
“We are very happy to play against Italy and I think it will be a very open game. I don’t want to know who the favorite is. We know their quality, their tactics. So it will certainly be special”, said the coach.

On the other hand, the current Euro champion qualified with emotion. The place for the round of 16 came in stoppage time of the last match, when they snatched a draw from Croatia.

“We have to do more than we have done so far. I hope to see the players a little calmer because it is a knockout match. We can only go through to the next round if we win this game,” he declared.
