Germany returns to the field this Saturday, against Denmark, in the round of 16 of the European Championship. The match will be this Saturday, at 4 pm (Brasília time), in Dortmund.
The home team arrives for the clash still undefeated in the competition, but saw their 100% finish in the last match, in the draw against Switzerland. The match will be broadcast exclusively on SporTV.
Coach Julian Nagelsmann preached respect for his opponent.
“Denmark are a very well organized team. There are phases where they are very aggressive defensively, but then they have great one-touch attacks. They have a lot of experienced players in the squad and a clear structure. They are a difficult opponent, for sure” he said .

On the other hand, Denmark advanced lacklusterly, after drawing all their group stage games. Coach Kasper Hjulmand stated that the Danish team is motivated and confident of qualifying.
“It’s important to believe in ourselves and the strengths we have. We’ve played a lot of games against very good teams in recent years. We’ve always been very competitive, so we have a strength in the team mentality and the way we play,” he said.
