Osteopathic doctor Dmitry Simkin named five exercises that are dangerous to health. His words are quoted by “Doctor Peter”.
Simkin stated that often when lifting straight legs from a lying position, the lower back bends, and instead of the abdominal muscles that need to be trained, the iliopsoas muscles are activated. As a result, the load on the lower back increases, and the abs do not receive the necessary load.
The next exercise he called the birch tree, when performed, can damage the cervical spine, which is both compressed and experiences increased stress. Plow exercises, lifting weights in an upright position with the head down, and lifting weights with a bent back can also cause spinal injuries.
Earlier, coach Maria Volynkina listed the health-hazardous mistakes that people make while running. The specialist named one of them as running, in which the socks are stuck into the ground.
