Kylian Mbappé formally presented a complaint to Paris Saint-Germain for the wages and bonuses that the club owes him, sources close to the case told AFP, confirming information from the newspaper L’Équipe.
The striker, already signed by Real Madrid for next season, sent a letter to the Parisian club demanding the amounts owed by the entity, a letter that was also notified to the Professional Football League (LFP).
The LFP legal committee has not yet had to intervene, while the two sides continue their negotiations.
PSG, which had to resign itself to letting the player leave for free for Real Madrid after the fight that both parties had last summer, did not pay the player his wages for the months of April and May, as well as bonuses, according to a source close to the case.
According to L’Équipe, the total amount owed by PSG to the player would be around 100 million euros (approximately R$581 million at the current price).
