World and European figure skating champion Elizaveta Tuktamysheva, who suspended her career, spoke about the difficulties of finding herself. Her words are quoted by Izvestia.
“Yes, I’m lucky, they know me, and I can participate in the show, at least financially protected. But what to do when I no longer want to skate? I haven’t found an answer to this question yet,” Tuktamysheva noted.
The figure skater added that she is now investing in her development. “I study with a teacher on stage speech, read articles on topics that concern me. Child psychology, for example,” shared the Russian woman.
Tuktamysheva missed the 2023/2024 season. She explained this by saying that she wants to spend more time with loved ones, develop, get enough sleep, relax and work on personal projects.
