These are the most prestigious tournaments of these sports science modalities. Unlike classical chess competitions, where the games take place with a time of 120 minutes for each player, the fast paced championship unfolds in 15 minutes plus 10 seconds added up for each play, and in that of lightning chess you compete with 3 minutes plus 2 seconds by movement.
