Fitness expert Anastasia Yurpalova named the rules for successful weight loss without a gym. Her words are quoted by Men Today.
First of all, the specialist advised to be active during the day. “Walking in the fresh air, cycling, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, doing housework – all this will help strengthen muscles and improve the general condition of the body,” Yurpalova noted.
The expert added that it is necessary to do exercises daily – they can be performed with your own weight without additional equipment. You can also do interval and cardio workouts at home, such as jumping rope. To get rid of the routine, she suggested going outside to study.
In addition, Yurpalova recommended avoiding stress, getting enough sleep and giving up gadgets before bed. Finally, the expert advised to praise yourself for your achievements and maintain a positive attitude.
Previously, Yurpalova proposed a complex option for getting rid of belly fat in 10 minutes a day. She recommended doing side plank push-ups (10 reps on each side), Russian twists (20 reps), and flying scissors (30 reps).
