The trainer recommended five exercises with a barbell to work out the abs

Fitness trainer Egor Khodyrev recommended five exercises with a barbell that will help work out the abdominal muscles. His words are reported by the Championship.

Khodyrev recommended starting training with a light weight barbell and gradually increasing the weight. The exercises are performed in two approaches in a row, then after a break of 30-60 seconds the exercise changes.

For beginners, the coach suggested performing the following complex: crunches with a barbell (15-20 repetitions), lateral crunches with a barbell (10-15 repetitions), side turns with a barbell while standing (15-20 repetitions). He reminded that it is important to take your time, follow technique and control your breathing.

Khodyrev recommended that more experienced athletes perform a complicated complex. It included lateral crunches with a barbell (10-15 reps), crunches with a barbell with legs raised (15-20 reps), rolling a barbell on the floor (10 reps), and standing side turns with a barbell (15-20 reps).

Previously, fitness trainer Anastasia Yurpalova proposed a complex for getting rid of belly fat in 10 minutes a day. She recommended doing side plank push-ups (10 reps on each side), Russian twists (20 reps), and flying scissors (30 reps).
