Fitness trainer Anastasia Yurpalova named ways to get rid of belly fat in 10 minutes a day. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

Before training your core, you need to warm up. To stretch your muscles, the expert recommended performing a few simple movements, such as windmills and standing torso rotations. Next, Yurpalova suggested choosing one of two complexes.

The first set consists of four exercises: side plank push-ups (10 reps on each side), Russian twists (20 reps) and aerial scissors (30 reps). To make it more difficult, you can use weights, and for beginners, you can place your leg in the plank. The circle is repeated for 10 minutes with rest breaks.

The second set consists of seven exercises: plank, squats, right and left side planks, Russian crunches, air scissors, side plank push-ups and superman. Each movement is performed for 30 seconds and then repeated intermittently for recovery.

The workout should end with a cool-down. Yurpalova advised doing a little stretching or light bending.

Previously, Yurpalova listed exercises for home training that will help correct posture. She recommended doing child’s pose and cat pose.
