Coach Solomin advised doing controlled exhalations to work out the abs
Fitness trainer Denis Solomin named the top 5 best abdominal exercises for women. His words are quoted by Sport Express.
The expert suggested starting to work out the abs with controlled exhalations – an exercise that does not require sportswear, equipment or a special place. Technique: take a normal inhale, exhale normally, pause for one second, and then perform 5-10 exhalations in a row without taking in more air. On the last exhalations, the stomach should tighten significantly, as if a corset is being tightened.
Solomin also recommended doing extensions against the wall. Starting position – standing with your back to the wall at a distance of one step, feet shoulder-width apart. As you inhale, touch your hands to the wall above your head, then bend your knees and push your pelvis forward, hold in this position and exhale as you return.
In addition, Solomin advised doing a dynamic plank. It can be performed in a downward-facing dog pose or by swinging to the sides with weight transfer. A bicycle and classic crunches can complement your workout.
Earlier, fitness guru Ivan Savin listed the best exercises for drying legs. These were the toe stand, squat step and glute bridge.
