Zhuravleva and Ryshmakova also described the correct sequence of training. They advised starting with a 10-minute warm-up. Then devote 5-10 minutes to learning the movements and continue dancing for 30-40 minutes. The workout must be completed with a cool-down—calm exercises to bring your breathing back to normal.
