The CIES Football Observatory released, this Wednesday, the list of the 100 clubs with the most followers on social media in the world. Real Madrid is the first team on the list, while Flamengo, in 16th position, is the best ranked Brazilian team.
The list takes into account the number of clubs’ followers on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and X, formerly Twitter.
With almost 411 million, Real Madrid is the team with the most followers in the world. Followed by Barcelona, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City. Juventus, Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Arsenal complete the Top-10.

The first club outside Europe is Al-Nassr (15th), from Saudi Arabia, Cristiano Ronaldo’s team, with 54.3 million followers. Just below appears Flamengo, also with 54.3 million.
Among Brazilian teams, Rubro-Negro is the team with the most followers. Behind him are Corinthians (21st), with 34.7 million, São Paulo (32nd), with 20.3 million, Palmeiras (36th), with 18.9 million, Santos (50th), with 12.5 million, Vasco (51st), with 11.9 million, Grêmio (56th), with 11 million, Atlético-MG (58th), with 10.7 million, Cruzeiro (64th), with 9.6 million, Fluminense (72nd), with 8.2 million, Internacional (77th), with 7.4 million, and Botafogo (97th) ), with 5.2 million.
Brazil is the third country with the most clubs in the Top-100, with 12 teams, behind only England, with 17 teams, and Spain, leader with 18.
