Manchester United announced, this Wednesday, the list of players who will leave the team for next season. In total, six athletes will be released, including defender Raphael Varane and striker Anthony Martial.
In addition to the duo, full-backs Brandon Williams and Marcus Lawrence, striker Charlie McNeill and goalkeeper Kie Plumley will also leave Manchester United and will be free on the market to sign with another team.

A youth player, Brandon Williams was at Manchester United since he was nine years old and remained at the club for 14 years. The full-back defended the professional team on 51 occasions.
Martial says goodbye to Manchester United after nine years at the club. The Frenchman defended the team 317 times and scored 90 goals, helping the club win the Europa League, the FA Cup and the English League Cup twice.
Raphael Varane transferred to United in 2021, after a long spell at Real Madrid. Over three seasons, he took to the field 95 times and won an FA Cup and the League Cup.
The club also reported that it is still in talks to renew the contracts of goalkeeper Tom Heaton, defender Jonny Evans and young striker Shola Shoretire. Omari Forson, 19 years old, has already received a contract renewal proposal.
