Fitness trainer Natalia Volkova advised Russians to do a quick set of exercises to strengthen their immune system. Her words are quoted by Men Today.
The expert suggested starting with a short warm-up. To do this, you need to place your feet approximately shoulder-width apart, bend your knees slightly, move your pelvis forward, tense your core muscles, squeeze your shoulder blades together and stretch your head toward the ceiling. Then take a deep breath through your nose, raise your arms to the sides and lower your mouth down as you exit. Next, make eight circular movements back with your shoulders.
After this, Volkova suggested moving on to the main training. To do this, you need to perform several types of extension and bending of the elbows with dumbbells (in front of you and behind your head), then simulate throwing a ball. Volkova also advised doing squats and push-ups. She also recommended doing a hip hinch with a ball.
Previously, three dangerous exercises for people over 40 were named. These were recognized as intense cardio training, twisting and bending.
