The specialist advised doing cardio exercises at a heart rate of 120-140 beats per minute and combining them with strength training. She also recommended eating a balanced diet. “Hunger strikes can make things even worse, and even a skinny girl will develop cellulite,” said Kuzmina.

In addition, the specialist spoke about the benefits of vitamins and dietary supplements, but they should be taken only after tests and consultation with a doctor. “You also need to work with lymph, do morning exercises, breathing exercises, work with the diaphragm and posture,” the coach emphasized.

Earlier, Men Today journalists named three exercises that are dangerous for people over 40 years old. These are intense cardio exercises, bending and twisting.
