Volynkina advised doing training for all muscle groups, performing three approaches for each exercise. She recommended starting with squats: first slow, then faster. The next exercise will be push-ups from a bench and on uneven bars.
The trainer also considered it necessary to do abdominal exercises, in particular, hanging on the horizontal bar, tightening the legs. In addition, it is necessary to do torso pull-ups with your feet hooked onto the crossbar, as well as straight and side planks with twists.
Earlier, Volynkina spoke about the health hazards that arise when performing the plank incorrectly. According to her, due to incorrect technique and arching in the lower back, the stomach and neck relax, which leads to back pain and, over time, injuries.
