Acting head coach of Spartak Sliskovich left the club
Acting head coach of Spartak Vladimir Sliskovich left the club. This was reported on the red-white website.
The Bosnian specialist left the team of his own free will. “Sliskovic helped the team finish the season with dignity: under his leadership, the red-and-whites did not suffer a single defeat in the matches of the Russian Premier League (RPL),” the statement says.
Sliskovic has been acting head coach of the red-whites since April 14, 2024. He replaced the sacked Spaniard Guillermo Abascal. Under the leadership of Sliskovich, Spartak took fifth place in the completed season of the Russian Championship.
In the new season, Serbian Dejan Stankovic will lead Spartak. Initially, Sliskovic was supposed to join the new coach’s staff.
