Coach Melyakova advised walking on your buttocks to get beautiful shapes
Trainer Olga Melyakova recommended an exercise that will help you get beautiful buttocks. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.
Melyakova recommended walking on your buttocks. Starting position – sitting on the buttocks, the top of the head stretches up, the legs are straightened, the spine is in a neutral position, the bent arms are pressed to the body. Then tighten your abdominal muscles a little, shift your body weight to one leg, while lifting and moving the other slightly forward, and repeat this movement on the other side. You need to push off the floor with your sit bones; during a step, your straight leg should be in weight.

The expert noted that the exercise can be performed every day. The duration of the workout must be increased gradually – from 5 to 20 minutes. “Walking like this gives shape to the gluteal muscles and strengthens them. It also helps improve posture by engaging the abdominal and back muscles. And thanks to the inclusion of stabilizer muscles, balance also improves,” added Melyakova.
Previously, fitness trainer Marina Belyaeva recommended three more exercises for the buttocks. She suggested doing slow standing lunges with weights, crossover swings, and hip abduction in a special machine.
