According to her, in clothing you can be guided by taste preferences, but remember that it should not hinder movement. “Some people prefer exclusively cotton materials. And others are synthetic. The advantage of the latter is that they do not become heavy when wet and dry quickly and remove excess heat,” Butova said.
When choosing shoes, the trainer advised taking into account the size of the foot and the individual characteristics of the feet. “As an example, you can take special sneakers designed for running,” Butova said.
Previously, fitness trainer Denise Miklas spoke about an effective method of losing weight by walking. She says more calories are burned by walking briskly or walking uphill.
