Fitness trainer Alexander Kalagur spoke about the benefits of cardio exercise in the morning. His words are quoted by Sport Express.
According to him, such a start to the day helps to spend it successfully and productively. “This is due to the fact that during physical exercise that trains the heart, the hormones serotonin and dopamine are produced. They are directly related to feelings of happiness and satisfaction,” he explained.
Kalagur emphasized that any physical activity releases endorphins. “Regular morning cardio exercises help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase self-esteem,” the specialist noted.
Previously, Kalagur recommended three exercises for a short, intense workout outside. He recommended running in place with high hip raises, easy burpees and jumping jacks.
