Five-time Mr. Olympia title winner Chris Bumstead named the best exercises for a sculpted body. His words are quoted by Men Today.
Bumstead was the first to recommend performing shoulder presses in a machine. He suggested doing a few warm-up sets with light weights to get the blood flowing in the muscles and prepare them for the main workout. The next exercises were lateral raises and bench presses.
After this, the bodybuilder recommended abducting one arm to the side on the lower block while standing. Next, you should pull the cable in the block from bottom to top. You should finish the workout with a reverse butterfly, in which you need to spread your arms in the simulator.
Earlier, 90-year-old bodybuilder Jim Arrington from Los Angeles revealed the secret of staying in shape. Arrington, who holds the Guinness World Record for being the oldest male bodybuilder in the world, said he spends two hours training at least twice a week.
