Volleyball player Anna Lazareva: I have never received good service in the USA

Russian volleyball player Anna Lazareva complained about the level of service in the USA. Her words are quoted by Sports.

“It’s hard for me to get used to these endless taxes. You buy coffee, and they also write tax on your receipt. Plus a tip should be added! And your choice is not “pay or not pay,” but “15, 20 or 25 percent.” Guys, where to? Absolutely the same coffee as everywhere else,” said the athlete. She noted that she had never received good service in a restaurant in America so that she wanted to leave a tip.

Since February 2024, Lazareva has been playing for the American club Atlanta Vibe. The 27-year-old volleyball player is a bronze medalist at the 2019 World Cup and a three-time Russian champion with Dynamo Moscow. She also has gold in the 2023 Turkish Championship with Fenerbahçe.

Earlier, Dynamo footballer Igor Leshchuk criticized the level of service in Russia. The goalkeeper shared that when he climbed a waterfall in the United States, there were clean toilets at every level of altitude. “If this were in Russia, we would have more people flying to Altai and Kamchatka,” he concluded.
