Euskaraz irakurri: Osasunak jipoia eman dio Atleticori Metropolitanon (1-4)

Osasuna has beaten Atlético de Madrid (1-4) in the League match they played this afternoon at the Metropolitano, and thus puts an end to their bad streak of results, since they had not achieved victory since last March 30.

Osasuna has jumped to the Metropolitano, standing up to the colchoneros and with the clear intention of taking the three points.

After having created several dangerous chances in the vicinity of the rival goal, The rojillos took the lead on the scoreboard in the 25th minute with a finish of Raul Garcia from the penalty spot after a cross from Rubén García in a lateral foul. Catena combed the ball, which reached Raúl García’s foot, and he, with his first touch, did not forgive Oblak.

Half an hour into the game, Rubén García was injured and Aimar Oroz entered the field in his place.

In the final stretch of the first half, Atlético was able to tie the match with a great shot from Lino, which hit the crossbar, and in a quick counterattack that could not be completed. Griezmannwho, despite being unmarked, sent the ball wide.

However, Osasuna has not taken a step back and was on the verge of making it 0-2, but Aimar Oroz’s missile hit the post.

At the beginning of the second half, Jan Oblak postponed 0-2 from Osasuna with a formidable stop to Raúl García. However, he was unable to reach the next goal, when the red striker put the ball into Aymarso that he finished off from places, with the Slovenian goalkeeper already beaten on the ground.

Atlético has scored 1-2 just two minutes laterwhen Samuel Lino gave the goal to Morata. Substitute for the fifth game in a row, the Spanish international had gone eleven games in a row without scoring against the opponent’s goal until the 54th minute this Sunday, when he scored with his right foot.

When it seemed like he had started, Osasuna’s third arrived. Areso went down the left wing, easily overtook Riquelme, and centered in the heart of the area where he was, again, Raul Garcia. His right hand beat Oblak again to convey that the victory belonged to Osasuna (1-3), who had been defeated in their last eleven duels against Atlético, until this Sunday.

The victory of the rojillos has been overwhelming, even more so when Lucas Torró has made it 1-4 with a big volley.

With this result, Osasuna adds 44 points and rises to 11th position, surpassing Getafe and Osasuna in the table. Atlético, for its part, will finish the season in fourth place.
