Dynamo forward Gusev was named the most valuable player of the KHL regular season

Dynamo Moscow forward Nikita Gusev was named the most valuable player of the regular championship of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) in the 2023/2024 season. This was announced on the tournament website.

At the end of the season, Gusev set a new record for the number of points scored in one regular season (89) and helped the team win the Continental Cup. The top three also included Avangard Omsk forwards Reed Boucher and Vladimir Tkachev.

The best coach of the season was Metallurg coach Andrei Razin. His ward, goalkeeper Ilya Nabokov, was recognized as the best newcomer. Daniil Isaev from Lokomotiv took home the award for the best goalkeeper.

Metallurg became the winner of the Gagarin Cup in the 2023/2024 season. In the decisive series, the team from Magnitogorsk turned out to be stronger than Yaroslavl Lokomotiv.

The winner of the KHL regular championship was Dynamo Moscow. In 68 games the team scored 98 points.
