Coach Kanevsky explained that martial arts help women relieve stress
Fitness trainer Eduard Kanevsky explained the benefits of martial arts for women. His words are quoted by Moscow 24.
Kanevsky shared that martial arts attract women not for the competitive component and not as a tool for self-defense. According to the specialist, the main reason for women’s interest in martial arts is the desire to relieve stress by hitting the bag or “paws” of the trainer.
Martial arts also allow you to constantly learn new movements in lead-up exercises to deliver a high-quality strike. In addition, they are a good option for cardio training, emphasize coordination and stretching, and increase psycho-emotional endurance.
Earlier, fitness trainer Elena Belyaeva listed diseases for which it is worth refraining from cardio training. According to her, these are cancer, severe cardiac disorders and exacerbation of chronic diseases. The specialist emphasized that before starting classes you should consult a doctor.
