Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev in his Telegram channel assessed the draw result in the game of the 27th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) between Fakel and Zenit St. Petersburg.
He accused the blue-white-blue of stalling for time, noting that he did not remember matches in which the current champion would abuse it so much. “Draws are different. This is akin to victory! In a stubborn ending, our team managed to equalize the score. Before that, we created many chances, fought without sparing ourselves or our opponents,” Gusev said.
