This Friday, Thiago Silva’s wife, Belle Silva, denied the alleged hit by the club’s defender Chelsea as Fluminense. The player would return to Brazilian football after a successful spell on the European continent. Belle Silva, in a publication made in stories on his Instagram, he said that nothing has come to fruition and that this euphoria is “getting in the way of things that could work”.
“Good people, I’m in Spain and it’s almost midnight. My husband (Thiago Silva) is in London. I’m being bombarded on all social media. Guys, for the love of God, stop speculating. You don’t know nothing. This anxiety can get in the way of things that could work. Help me help you, please. Nothing is certain, nothing is certain.
Belle Silva admitted that there are a lot of factors at play right now, but they are “doing everything they can” to make it work. Furthermore, she reiterated that the published information is not true.
“There’s nothing yet. So, calm down. Stop speculating, there’s a lot at stake, a lot. We’re studying, we’re doing our best to make everything work out, but it’s getting in the way. You’re getting in the way. Stop publish false information, please”, he concluded.
The defender played for Tricolor Carioca’s youth teams and played for the team’s professional squad. In total, Thiago has played 97 games for Fluminense, with nine goals scored and four assists distributed. During this period, the player won the 2007 Copa do Brasil.
Four years, countless memories.

Despite being 39 years old, Thiago Silva is often selected as a starter and is captain of Chelsea, which competes in the English Championship, considered the strongest and most competitive on the planet. In the current season, the defender participated in 32 matches, starting 29 times in the Blues.
At the English club, the Brazilian won the Champions League in the 2020/2021 season, the 2021 Club World Cup, against Palmeiras, and a European Super Cup.
Thiago Silva also had spells in Italian and French football. At Milan, for example, the athlete won the 2011/2012 Italian Super Cup. Now, at Paris Saint-Germain, where he is considered an idol, commanding the defense from 2012 to 2020, the veteran won 25 titles. The highlight is the seven times he lifted the French Championship trophy.
If the supposed deal comes to fruition, the Brazilian will become another experienced player in Fernando Diniz’s squad. Thiago would join Marcelo, Felipe Melo, PH Ganso, Douglas Costa, Germán Cano, among other veterans at the Rio club.
