Bayer Munich coach Thomas Tuchel, whose departure scheduled to take place in June was announced in February, left the door open for his continuation this Friday (3), during a press conference, at a time when the team is in the middle of the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.
“Anything is possible”, declared the German coach on the eve of the visit to Stuttgart in the Bundesliga, five days before facing the team from the Spanish capital in the second leg, after having drawn 2-2 in the first leg at the Allianz Arena, although he added that the agreement for his departure “still stands”.

In February, Tuchel agreed to leave the club at the end of the season, despite making it clear he would like to remain.
This year the Bavarian giant lost the title of German champion for the first time in eleven years, to Bayer Leverkusen, and was also eliminated in its debut in the German Cup by a third division team.
In recent months several names have been mentioned as possible future Bayern coaches. One of the candidates, Ralf Rangnick, announced on Thursday that he will continue to lead the Austrian team after the Euro 2024 dispute and Spanish coach Xabi Alonso also confirmed his stay at Leverkusen.
