Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Vladimir Mineev drew a cartoon of the former rival Magomed Ismailov and received a response from him. The post is available on Ismailov’s Instagram.
“And I think he draws there! It turns out me! And yet, I’m in his head, ”Ismailov signed the photograph in which he is holding Mineev’s drawing. The fighter also asked subscribers to rate the cartoon on a five-point scale.
The fighters met at the JFC Pride tournament, where they were invited as guests. Mineev drew a portrait of his opponent there. Ismailov liked the cartoon, and he left his signature on the sheet. “Maybe sell at a high price?” Mineev wrote on Instagram.
The fighters fought twice. In October 2021, Mineev knocked out Ismailov in their second fight and retained the AMC Fight Nights champion belt. The first fight took place in the fall of 2018 and ended in a draw.
