Next, bending your knees, you need to lower yourself into a split lunge, in which your right knee forms a 90-degree angle and your left knee should hover above the floor.
On April 29, Men Today journalists named a way to pump up your abs using a towel exercise, which you need to do for five minutes a day. You need to bend your legs and elbows at an angle of 90 degrees, placing a towel under your lower back. Next, you need to touch the little fingers of both hands so that your palms are facing the ground.
