This Saturday, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announced the renewal of the contract of young Warren Zaire-Emery, just 18 years old, until June 2029.
With jewel status, Zaire-Emery signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2022, when he was just 16 years old. Since then, the midfielder has had a meteoric rise and, this season, has become a fundamental player in Luis Enrique’s team.
“I am very proud and happy to continue my journey at the club where I started my career, my childhood club. I would like to thank president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, who has been here with me since I started, for his trust. I am grateful for everything he what the club has done for me so far,” said Zaire-Emery.
“I’ve always lived in Paris, my whole family is in Paris and I feel at home at this club. I hope to spend my entire career here. Since I was little, with my family, my parents, I’ve always watched Paris Saint-Germain. It’s a club where I wanted to play when I was little and now it’s a dream come true,” he added.
