Liverpool target, Rúben Amorim could end up at another club in England

With the announcement of Jürgen Klopp’s departure, Liverpool is already looking for new names for its technical command. The coach who was being most quoted in recent weeks was the Portuguese Rúben Amorim, from Sporting, but according to the English journalist David Ornsteinhe may end up training the West Hamif the London club decides to break up with David Moyes.

West Ham is not going through a good phase this season, having been eliminated from the Europa League by Bayer Leverkusen last week and currently occupying eighth place in the Premier League with 34 matches played. The team cannot find a good sequence and will hardly fight for European places in the final rounds. In their most recent commitment, the team coached by Moyes lost 5-2 to Crystal Palace, 14th in the league.

David Moyes’ contract expires at the end of the European season in June, but despite saying he has been offered a new contract, there is still no concrete decision regarding his future.

In addition to Rúben Amorim, the Hammers are also considering the former coach of Real Madrid and the Spanish national team, Julen Lopetegui, for the position of coach, although the Portuguese is now the priority.

Liverpool, on the other hand, do not have such a concrete target to take Klopp’s place. Now with the possibility of Amorim becoming increasingly cold, the Reds will continue to monitor the market to define the new commander for next season.
