To perform, you need to sit on all fours, spread your knees wide, connecting your big toes, then sit on your heels. After this, you need to stretch your arms forward on the floor, lowering your chest between your knees. You should remain in this position for 30 seconds.
The next exercise was wall angels. To perform them, you need to stand with your back to the wall and raise your arms, bent at the elbows at an angle of 90 degrees, so that your forearms are parallel to the floor and the backs of your hands touch the wall. Then you need to raise your arms above your head, keeping them close to the wall, and return to the starting position.
On March 28, spine surgeon, Candidate of Medical Sciences Denis Naumov spoke about a way to stop the curvature of the spine. He stated that it is important to do exercises to strengthen the muscles of the back, anterior abdominal wall and work comprehensively with the body so that the curvature does not progress and is controlled.
