The trainer named an unusual home exercise for the inner thigh

Fitness trainer Ivanna Idush named an unusual exercise with which you can effectively work out the inner thigh at home. Her words are quoted by Vokrugsveta.

The specialist advised finding a smooth surface in the house, taking two pillows and kneeling on them. After this, you need to smoothly spread your legs as wide as possible in different directions, and then return to the starting position.

“When performing this exercise, pay special attention to the position of your body, control your back and neck, try to maintain a straight line from your tailbone to the top of your head. If your knees are uncomfortable, you can put several pillows at once,” said Idush.

The trainer recommended performing the exercise in three circles of ten repetitions, pausing between sets for 30-60 seconds. For those who find the exercise too difficult, Idush advised them to place additional emphasis on their hands.

Previously, Idush proposed effective abdominal exercises. She advised doing planks and crunches, adding a bicycle to them.
