Russian forward of “Zenith” Artem Dzyuba spoke about his reaction to criticism. He gave an interview to the YouTube channel “More Sports”.
“I have already become like an armored train. I don’t care already. But inside, no matter how strong you are, you are still a human being, ”the 33-year-old forward admitted. He stressed that besides the hate, he feels a lot of support. “Yes, I have opponents. But this is part of the game that must be accepted, ”added Dziuba.
Dziuba has ten goals in 17 matches of the Russian Premier League (RPL). In the Champions League, the forward did not score goals.
In September, Dziuba refused to be called up to the national team for the October qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup. The forward motivated this by the fact that he was in a form that was not optimal for this. Since then, he has not been involved in games for the national team.
Dziuba is known for his performances for Spartak, Rostov and Zenit. As part of the blue-white-blue, he became the champion of Russia three times.
