To begin with, Yurpalova recommended the “dead bug,” which involves lying on your back with your legs bent 90 degrees. As you exhale, you need to straighten the opposite arm and leg, keeping the lumbar spine motionless. As you inhale, you need to return to the starting position and perform the exercise with the other arm and leg.
The next exercises will be forearm plank, up-down plank and side plank. You should finish your workout with a “bird dog”. To do this, you need to get on all fours in a table position, stretch your right arm forward and your left leg back. Then you need to stretch your right elbow and left knee so that they meet closer to the center of the body.
