Flamengo x Palestino-CHI: probable lineups and where to watch the game for the Libertadores

This Wednesday, Flamengo hosts Palestino, from Chile, in the second round of Group E of the Libertadores. The match will be played at Maracanã, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time).

Where to watch: The duel will be broadcast on TV Globo and the Paramount+ streaming platform.

In the first round, Tite’s team went to Bogotá, Colombia, to face Millonarios. After taking the lead on the scoreboard with a penalty goal, scored by Pedro, the Rio team could not resist the Colombians’ rush and suffered a draw in the end.

In the other clash in the group, Bolívar-BOL surprised and beat Palestino away from home 4-0, thus taking the isolated lead. The Bolivian team, which will play its games in La Paz, at an altitude of 3,637 meters, has become Flamengo’s main opponent in the fight for classification. The two teams will meet in the third round, in Bolivia.

Just like in the Carioca final, the red and black team has three certain absences for the duel. The first of them is striker Gabigol, suspended for attempted fraud in an anti-doping test, followed by midfielder Gerson, who is recovering from kidney surgery, and full-back Wesley, who has a muscle injury.

In the starting team, Tite may have two doubts, as left-back Viña may receive another opportunity in Ayrton Lucas’s place, in addition to Luiz Araújo and Bruno Henrique, who compete for the position in attack.
