The triumph ends a run of four games without a win for Juventus in the Italian Championship (two draws and two defeats). The team reaches 62 points and remains in third place, six points behind Milan. Fiorentina, in turn, is in 10th place with 43 points, but still has a game in hand compared to its rivals.
Juventus returns to the field next Saturday, at 1 pm (Brasília time), in the classic against Torino. Fiorentina faces Viktoria Plzen, from the Czech Republic, this Thursday, at 1:45 pm, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Conference League.

Before 10 minutes of play, the home team saw goals from McKennie and Vlahovic disallowed for offside. The only goal of the game was scored by Federico Gatti, in the 21st minute of the first half. After a corner kick, Bremer headed the ball against the post and the Italian defender took advantage of the rebound to secure the victory.
Vlahovic found the net for the second time, but his goal was disallowed again for offside, in the 32nd minute.
Fiorentina pressed throughout the entire second half, but were unable to equalize the match.
