The goals
The first three winning goals came in the first half. Bruno Fuchs, at 12, opened the scoring. The athlete took advantage of the corner kick taken by Igor Gomes and headed it into the back of the net.
The second came from the feet of Guilherme Arana, this time at 32. The left-back took advantage of the surplus inside the area and, left-footed, finished firmly, at the top of the goal.
To close the first half, striker Paulinho, at 44, converted Arana’s great cross into the net.
Nine minutes into the second half, Pérez Valdez took advantage of the rebound from Alexander Pernía’s header after the ball hit the post, and scored the goal of honor for the Venezuelan team.
Finally, finishing with a rout, Paulinho, at 25, took advantage of the opponent’s defense and, inside the area, scored a goal.
