Some of the planks are performed on the elbows – with a transition from straight arms to the elbows and touching the shoulder with the opposite hand. In addition, Los suggested doing reverse and side planks.

Earlier, fitness trainer Maria Volynkina spoke about the health hazards that arise when performing the plank incorrectly. According to her, due to incorrect technique and arching in the lower back, the stomach and neck relax, which leads to back pain and, over time, injuries.
