The specialist suggested pulling your knees to your chest while lying on your side. At the same time, he recommended starting and finishing from a kneeling position. “Keep your lower back stable, bend slightly in the thoracic region, and when moving your legs, move your knees slightly to the sides. When rising from a sitting position, do not jerk, the movement must be controlled,” Mironenko noted.
According to him, this exercise aims to train the abdominal muscles with the transition to improving the mobility of the hip joint.
