Fitness trainer Elena Sobol named the main mistakes in fitness that slow down progress. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.
First, Sobol advised avoiding caffeinated drinks after a workout. She explained that this can have a negative impact on health.
The expert further recommended sleeping at least eight hours a day, since during deep sleep, growth hormone is released, which stimulates tissue growth and helps repair muscles. “The most suitable training schedule is three to four times a week. The break between workouts should be at least 24 hours. Otherwise, there is a risk of exhaustion of the body, metabolic disorders and injuries,” the coach shared.
In addition, Sobol called it a mistake to refuse MFR exercises, cool-downs and stretches, poor nutrition, stress and training as “punishment.” She also advised eating the required amount of protein.
Earlier, fitness trainer Eduard Shakula named the best exercises to combat headaches. He stated that yoga and stretching will help relieve muscle spasms and improve the condition, as they are most often aimed at relaxing the neck and back.
