UFC champion Makhachev: those responsible for the terrorist attack in the Moscow region must be punished
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Islam Makhachev on Instagram (the social network is banned in the Russian Federation; it belongs to the Meta corporation, which is recognized as extremist in Russia and is banned) condemned the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region.
“There is nothing worse than killing innocent people! There is no one worse than the killers of innocent people!” said the athlete, emphasizing that the guilty must be punished. He expressed condolences to the families of the victims and also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
Earlier, former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov condemned the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall. He called the organizers of the attack on people nonhumans.
Crocus City Hall was attacked on the evening of March 22. At least five terrorists armed with machine guns entered the building and opened targeted fire on those inside.
