Fitness expert Leon Bolmeer has revealed the secret of the “dead bug” exercise for burning fat. His words are quoted by Express.

To perform the exercise, you need to lie on your back with your knees bent, one arm extended and the opposite leg raised towards the ceiling. Next, you need to slowly lower your extended leg and arm to the floor, but do not arch your lower back, and then return to the starting position. Repeat the same with the opposite arm and leg.

The expert said that the exercise should be performed two or three times a week. The specialist recommended three sets of 10-15 repetitions.

Earlier, fitness trainer Alina Cherepanova revealed the main nuances of losing weight in the lower abdomen. She considered that this requires general training and household activity, as well as dietary adjustments towards increasing the amount of protein in the diet and minimizing high-calorie foods.
