Fitness expert Irina Rotach named a way to pump up the whole body at home. Her words are quoted by Men Today.
To get started, Rotach recommended the Jumping Jack exercise. To perform it, you need to stand up straight, put your feet together, and lower your arms along your body. Then you need to jump to spread your legs apart and raise your arms above your head, then jump to bring your legs back and lower your arms.
The next exercises were knee raises with jumps, lunges with knee raises, push-ups with knee pulls, squats with lunges, running with high knees, and a tuck. To perform the latter, you need to lie on your back, straighten your legs, and extend your arms above your head. After this, you need to raise your right leg and reach for it with your hands.
On February 13, Rotach named ways to pump up the entire body at home with one dumbbell. She recommended doing planks with dumbbell pull-ups, dumbbell bench presses, and glute bridges.
