Spartak will play with Zenit in the semi-finals of the RPL Path of the Russian Cup
On Friday, March 15, the draw for the semi-final matches of the RPL Path and the second stage of the quarterfinals of the Path of Regions of the Russian Cup took place. This was reported on the website of the Russian Football Union (RFU).
Based on its results, it became known that in the semi-finals of the RPL Path, Spartak will play with Zenit, and Baltika will meet with CSKA. In addition, the pairs of the second stage of the 1/4 finals of the Path of Regions have been named.
Akhmat will play with Orenburg, Ural will play with Lokomotiv, SKA-Khabarovsk will play with Dynamo, and Khimki will meet with Rostov. All matches will take place from April 2 to April 4.
The current holder of the Russian Cup is CSKA; this season the army team was eliminated from the tournament. The final will take place on June 2, where the winners of the RPL Path and the Regional Path will meet. The location of the match has not yet been determined.
