Coach Mironenko recommended a complex of crunches and lunges to work out muscles
Fitness trainer Alexander Mironenko recommended a 3D exercise for complex muscle development. He showed the correct technique for performing the ligament to the publication “Around the World”.
Mironenko suggested performing a complex of twists and lunges with jumping elements. He explained that training in three dimensions helps activate different muscle groups, improve coordination and balance, and develop functional mobility and flexibility.
