According to him, they can be performed without leaving the workplace. “These are slight bends forward and backward, circular movements in the shoulder joint, as well as slight turns of the body and head. These exercises will improve blood circulation and relax tense muscles,” said Prygunov.
The trainer also talked about the importance of taking regular breaks while working. “They have a positive effect on overall productivity and emotional well-being. For better control, set timers to remind you to take short breaks,” Prygunov noted.
On March 6, sports trainer and nutritionist Maria Volynkina named the best exercises for getting rid of beer belly. She recommended multi-component exercises, during which several muscle groups are activated at once.
