Mironenko explained that this type of exercise is aimed at developing strength, speed and endurance. It is based on the use of fast and powerful movements, in particular jumps and lunges. According to the specialist, the exercise is suitable for both warm-up and the main part of the workout, depending on the number of repetitions and tempo.

To start the exercise, place your feet wider than your shoulders and do a deep squat, your thighs should be parallel to the floor, your body is slightly tilted forward, your hands are clasped in front. Then, from this position, take a big leap forward so that your torso is fully straightened in flight and your arms open back. Land in a deep squat.

Next, perform several jumps back with arm swings: hands below – feet wide, hands above – feet together. Then repeat the sequence of movements.
