Olav Kooij wins his second stage in Paris-Nice, in the Sisteron sprint, and Luke Plapp remains the leader

Dutch Visma-Lease a Bike cyclist Olav Kooij ha cattle this Thursday the fifth stage of Paris-Nice from 2024, to sprintin a day that has not brought significant changes in the general classification, where Australian Jayco-AlUla runner Luke Plapp continues as the leader.
Kooij, who has obtained his second victory in this edition of the Paris-Nice, after the one he won in the first stage, has surpassed the Dane from Lidl-Trek Mads Pedersen and the German from Israel in the sprint in the town of Sisteron -Premier Tech Pascal Ackermann, second and third, respectively, on the day. The Dutchman from Visma has won with notable superiority, and has once again shown that he is going through a great moment.
On Friday, before facing the decisive weekend of the race, Paris-Nice reaches La-Colle-sur-Loup, in a 198.5-kilometer medium-mountain stage.
